## how it works

• 1. Every 15 days we run 5 independent auctions, one exclusive auction per buy-in tier of hands we mine on the largest poker room.
• 2. Hands come from both KO (knockout / bounty) and non-KO tournament formats. Satellites, flip-out tournaments and freerolls are not collected.
• 3. Hands are split by tournament phase — early (first 30% of the field), mid (30–60%), pre-bubble (60–80%), bubble (80% to ITM), ITM (in the money up to semi-final table), semi-final table, and final table.
• 4. The hands sold to the winner of a tier are exclusive — they will not be sold or shared with anyone else, ever.
• 5. Bids are quoted in USD per 1,000 hands, with cents (two decimals, e.g. 1.50 dollars per thousand hands).
• 6. Hand counts per tier are real, already collected during the published collection window — not estimates.
• 7. The highest bid on a tier wins every hand in that tier for the period.
• 8. Soft close, per tier — each tier has its own clock. A bid placed within the final hour of a tier resets that tier's clock to one hour from the bid. Tiers close independently when no one bids on them for an hour. No sniping; every bidder gets a real chance to react.
• 9. Outbid alerts — if your top bid on a tier is overtaken, we send you a message with the new top and time remaining, so you can defend it. WhatsApp users get the alert automatically. Telegram users need to open our bot once (Enable Telegram notifications, top of the page) so we can reach them.
• 10. Bidder identities are always masked (first letter plus five asterisks) — both during the auction and after it closes. Real names are visible only to operators.
• 11. Anyone can register, but bidding requires operator validation. Sign up with a WhatsApp number or Telegram handle so we can reach you.
• 12. Payment and hand delivery happen off-site, via WhatsApp or Telegram, after the auction closes.
• 13. If the winning bidder fails to complete the purchase, they forfeit their right to buy and are barred from future auctions.
